About:

Exquisite Unions by Krista is a luxury wedding planning and event design company dedicated to curating unforgettable experiences. We are seeking passionate and motivated interns who want to gain hands-on exposure in the wedding and events industry while contributing to the growth of our brand.

Role Overview:

As a
Vendor Relations & Outreach Intern
, you will play a vital role in connecting with vendors, building strong partnerships, and promoting our brand in the market. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want to gain industry experience in vendor management, business outreach, and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential vendors (venues, caterers, florists, décor, etc.).
  • Contact and onboard vendors to be part of our network.
  • Maintain a vendor database and keep communication records updated.
  • Assist in creating vendor proposals and presentations.
  • Support outreach efforts during wedding expos, events, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the operations and events team to ensure smooth collaboration with vendors.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outreach and building new professional relationships.
  • Interest in weddings, events, or hospitality industry.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Availability for a
    3-month unpaid internship

  • Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, and email/calendar/editing tools
  • Available for 20–25 hours/week, flexible schedule
