Director - Core Health Insurance Systems Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • We're looking for a seasoned leader with at least 15 years of experience in health insurance core systems, possessing excellent knowledge of technical architecture.
  • The ideal candidate will have end-to-end knowledge of health insurance business processes, deep familiarity with health insurance products, and operations processes.
  • A successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to understand business strategy, target customer experience, and drive implementation of technology solutions.
  • They should also have the capability to build best-in-class technology implementations from scratch, with proven business impact.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in health insurance core systems.
  • End-to-end knowledge of health insurance business and operations processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy and drive successful implementation of technology solutions.
  • Built best-in-class technology implementations from scratch.
  • High resilience to manage ambiguity or failure.
  • Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, vendor management, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
