Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced State Customer Marketing Executive to join our team. As a State Customer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving customer marketing efforts in your assigned state.

Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Management: Oversee the management of outlets, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to evaluate and finalize outlet locations.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Ensure installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, including acknowledgement and clearance of bills as per PO.
  • Beat Finalization: Finalize beat as per switch promotion plan for outlet mapping and ensure deployment of promotional elements and gifts at outlets as per activity calendar.
  • Innovation and Development: Work towards development and innovations in signage elements, such as racks, main shop signage, and gondolas.
  • TSEs and TLs Scores: Collate and update TSEs & TLs monthly scores in online and offline portal.
  • Contract Preparation: Prepare and supervise contracts for rental outlets and get their approval through the legal team.
  • Documentation and Monitoring: Ensure accurate documentation, supervision, and monitoring of challans, in and out stock register, bills, POs, GRAs, PR, and attendance of sales team.
  • POSMs and Display Units: Plan and execute POSMs, display units, shelf shares for branding and merchandising as per contract and get required sign-off for PO payments.
  • Brand Communication and Visibility: Help SCMM develop brand communication options at various channels as per brand imperatives.
  • Visibility Strategy: Execute agrees visibility strategy and track and monitor visibility execution.
  • Outlet Selection: Responsible for the choice of outlets for implementation along with the sales team.
  • Consumer Engagement: Use outlets as media vehicles to drive seamless route to consumer effectiveness by building brand visibility, imagery, creating demand through consumer winning activations leveraging USL portfolio for effective sell-in & sell-out.
  • Budget Management: Coordinate with the manpower agency for various activities, eg claim settlement etc.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report performance to the Customer Marketing Manager and support in defining actionable learning for improvement.
  • Promoter Training: Provide feedback to the regional marketing team and sale team for improvement based on the competitor analysis and performance wrt the plan.
  • Training and Development: Train promoters for optimum performance.
  • Sales Team Alignment: Ensure the sales team is aligned to the marketing activity and standards through regular communication and formal meetings.
