Job Title: SLA Governance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an SLA Governance Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, coordination, and governance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers, beneficiaries, providers, and legal/compliance teams to ensure effective SLA issuance, signing, monitoring, and review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate SLA issuance, including drafting and reviewing SLAs, ensuring alignment with project deliverables, and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Manage SLA signature processes, including scheduling meetings, coordinating sign-offs, and maintaining SLA records.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for SLA tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in SLA management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation, data protection, and IT security principles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business administration, law, or computer science.
