
Duties of an Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, telephonic screenings, and interview scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Develop and maintain talent pools for critical positions
- Process payroll, manage attendance records, and handle salary disbursements
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave management and employee database maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proficiency in job portals and human resources information systems (HRIS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR administrative functions
