Senior Memory Architect

Seeking an experienced Memory Design Expert to lead the development of cutting-edge memory compilers and Fast Cache instances.
About the Role:
- Leverage expertise in computer architecture and circuit design to create innovative memory solutions.
- Develop and implement high-performance and low-power digital circuits for SRAM, register files, and caches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create memory compilers and Fast Cache instances using advanced tools and techniques.
- Design and develop complex digital circuits for memory blocks, ensuring optimal power, performance, and area (PPA) trade-offs.
- Conduct thorough simulations and verification to guarantee functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, circuit design, and simulation methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis, and Monte Carlo Simulations.
- Proven experience in design verification, including Sense amplifier analysis, self-time analysis, and marginality analysis.
- Familiarity with high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, Static, and complex logic circuits.
- Understanding of physical implementation impact on circuit performance.
- Good experience in leading a small team of designers and driving project success.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Circuit Simulation and Optimization of standard cells.
- Some experience of working on Cadence or Synopsys flows.
