Memory Layout Architect

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and develop memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts for cutting-edge Cores. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in optimizing Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) metrics while maintaining high-quality design rule-driven layouts.
Key Responsibilities:- Design memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts for next-generation Cores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review schematics and propose changes based on layout implications.
- Develop innovative floor planning strategies to increase efficiency and optimize PPA metrics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent field.
- Deep understanding of CMOS Transistors, their behaviors, and CMOS logic design and layout principles.
- Ability to analyze and balance Power versus Performance versus Area trade-offs in CMOS designs.
- Mastery of Circuit layouts and design rules.
- 5+ years of experience in SRAM/memory layouts creation and backend verifications including EMIR analysis.
- Scripting languages like Perl or Python.
- Experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows.
