About This Role

  • We are looking for a skilled Memory BIST Engineer to join our team and implement hardware Memory BIST features that support ATE, in-system test, debug, and diagnostics needs of memories in design.
  • This position requires close collaboration with design, verification, and backend teams to integrate and validate test logic throughout the design phases and implementation flow.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, be able to design and debug with minimal oversight, and contribute to high-quality pattern releases to support silicon bring-up and yield improvement.
  • We require an ASIC Design DFT engineer with relevant work experience across various technologies, including knowledge of latest trends in memory testing and silicon engineering.
  • Key responsibilities include hands-on experience in MBIST, JTAG & IJTAG protocols, and scan architectures, as well as verification skills in System Verilog, LEC, and validating test timing of the design.
  • Experience working with gate-level simulations and debugging with VCS and other simulators is essential, along with understanding of testbench in System Verilog, UVM/VMM.
  • Post-silicon validation and debug experience, ability to work with ATE patterns, and strong verbal communication skills are also required.
  • Scripting skills in Python/Perl are necessary for this position.
