The primary focus of this role will be to drive growth and expansion through strategic business development activities. Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating meetings with internal teams to meet their requirements.
- Sales and Negotiations: Conduct detailed sales presentations with prospective clients and negotiate agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on market demand.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies and action plans.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide updates to management regarding sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MBA Degree.
- Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales in the real estate or hospitality industries.
- Knowledge and Skills: Functional knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and other sales tools; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully; strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
