Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to oversee and streamline our recruitment and HR operations in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees. You will work closely with leadership to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads and manage candidate applications across platforms ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires, providing a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, with minimal supervision.
