As a Deployment Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching AI agents that power the next generation of customer experiences. These agents are designed to deliver 24/7 concierge-level support, enhance booking rates, and slash abandonment.

About This Role

This position requires someone who can craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript (40% of your time). You will also deploy, monitor, and fine-tune Avoca's conversational agents for the nation's largest HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies (60% of your time).

Responsibilities

  • Craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript (40% of your time)
  • Deploy, monitor, and fine-tune Avoca's conversational agents for the nation's largest HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies (60% of your time)
  • Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast
  • Partner with client stakeholders and Product to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs
