About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Expert to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI models that deliver significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and frameworks.
  • Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model training, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
