Expert AI System Developer

As an expert in artificial intelligence, you will play a vital role in designing and developing intelligent AI systems from scratch. With a strong background in Python and at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create robust, scalable, and efficient AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced AI systems and machine learning models using Python, without relying on third-party libraries or platforms.
  • Create custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI and ML model development.
  • Design, train, and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems, as applicable.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on design and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in AI research and best practices in system architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and backend developers.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
  • Proficient with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.
  • Experience with model training frameworks (optional: TensorFlow, PyTorch – only if used for raw model development).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
