Chief AI Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining robust AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Design and Develop AI/ML Solutions:
- Develop and implement machine learning models, data pipelines and APIs using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc.) as well as strong expertise in data structures, algorithms and system design.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks.
- Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI.
- Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
- Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
