About the Role:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand client base within banking and financial services sector.
  • Engage key decision-makers to understand business & technology needs and present tailored software and IT services solutions.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of sales experience with strong focus on software and IT services solutions to banks and financial industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling cloud & on-premise technology solutions to banks and financial institutions.
  • Good understanding of hyper-scalers and their solution offerings around cloud platforms, digital transformation solutions, managed services, and AI-based solutions.
  • Extensive rolodex of industry contacts and established relationships with key decision-makers.
