Strategic Brand Leadership Role

This role leads key brand partnerships and drives topline growth for D2C businesses through a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and driving revenue growth for assigned brand accounts.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for brand partners, managing expectations and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on brand goals: Performance Marketing, Social Media, Tech, Creative, SEO, and Retention.
  • Designing and implementing GTM strategies and comprehensive growth plans.
  • Optimizing website experience and product merchandising in line with the brand's positioning and consumer journey.
  • Analyzing funnel data and sales metrics to identify opportunities for conversion and Average Order Value (AOV) improvement.
  • Leading periodic business reviews with internal stakeholders and client leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing D2C or brand-led eCommerce businesses.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier institute in fashion, retail, or business.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, digital consumer behavior, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficient with platforms and tools such as Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio, and other digital analytics and marketing dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Profile:

  • Prior experience on the brand side, directly managing a D2C website or digital business vertical.
  • Exposure to sectors like fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer products.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
