Job Position:

Brand Development Manager

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a robust portfolio and expert command of Adobe Creative Suite. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet departmental objectives, enhance the employer brand, and design original communications across digital and offline media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with brand strategy development and alignment to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage design projects from concept to execution, delivering high-quality, brand-aligned results.
  • Design original communications to support sales and marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Graphic & Communication Design with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design skills.
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience in PPT design and exposure to video animation in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Brainstorming and design thinking skills, understanding of printing processes, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
