Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle ERP Finance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance business processes, including General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, reconciliations, consolidation, and reporting.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for mentoring junior team members and guiding technical reviews.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence solution architecture, drive innovation, and contribute to the development of our Global ERP Engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12-15 years of Oracle ERP/EPM experience with proven delivery of Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting modules.
  • Strong expertise in integrating General Ledger with ERP and EPM modules.
  • Deep understanding of finance business processes, including GL close, sub-ledger accounting, reconciliations, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Outstanding leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to set direction and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proven experience leading multi-phase ERP/EPM implementations with SDLC methodology.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor global teams.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to translate complex finance requirements into practical solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Oracle Certifications (ERP/EPM) are preferred, and Principal Engineers are expected to maintain certifications to support delivery excellence.
  • Exposure to tax, and regulatory reporting (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native tools, OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
  • Experience working in large, global, matrix organizations.
