Senior Financial Planning Specialist

Key Role in Business Planning and Analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis results. This role plays a key part in the business planning process, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
The responsibilities include analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. The successful candidate will also be able to prepare ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems and drill downs into financial data.
Additionally, the individual must possess strong business acumen, accounting skills, and a go-getter attitude. They should be adept at evaluating financial data and creating financial models for decision support.
Experience in hospitality/entertainment industry can be an added advantage. As a core member of the FP&A team, this role involves producing monthly reports that include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and detailed explanations/commentaries of key business drivers.
