We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Business Partner. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and guidance to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience in analyzing complex financial data and presenting insights to senior management. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

As a Business Partner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives. This will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing recommendations to senior management. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions that drive business growth and profitability.

In addition to your technical skills, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. You should also be comfortable working with financial systems and tools, including Excel and other analytical software.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial systems and tools, including Excel and other analytical software.
