Corporate Account Management Expert

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless account opening, maintenance, and closure processes for corporate clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely completion of account opening and maintenance formalities while meeting SLA and KPI targets.
  • Verifying client documentation to ensure compliance with internal KYC policies, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
  • Coordinating with Relationship Teams to meet business requirements and ensuring client queries are addressed in real-time.
  • Managing escalations and preparing management reports as required.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Strategic leadership and stress management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle escalations effectively.
  • Good decision-making capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in account opening and maintenance processes for corporate clients.
  • Previous experience in a team lead or leadership position.
