Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Lead - Media Solutions to join our team at Girnar Soft. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and growing revenue from designated accounts with high growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow revenue from designated accounts with high growth potential
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Identify, ideate, and develop new product revenue opportunities within existing clients
- Convert mid-sized accounts to large key OEM accounts within a defined time frame
- Build long-term relationships with assigned customers
- Manage the client and agency ecosystem to widen the customer base and cross-sell multiple products and services
- Forecast and track key account metrics and sales targets
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
