Digital Agency Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our digital ad sales initiatives in the North region of India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital media, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the North region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agencies and key clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major agencies and clients to enhance business partnerships.
- Actively seek and secure new clients and agencies to expand iCubesWire's market presence.
- Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital ad sales, with a strong focus on agency business development and management.
- Proven expertise in digital advertising, including programmatic buying, DMP (Data Management Platform), rich media innovations, and performance campaigns.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including influencer marketing, video production, and media alliances.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
