Job Description:



As a Graphic Designer for Digital Marketing at 86 Agency, you'll play a key role in shaping our clients' online presence. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop visually stunning and effective digital assets that captivate audiences and drive engagement.



Responsibilities:




  • Design engaging graphics and illustrations for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, email marketing, and more.
  • Ensure consistency in branding elements across all digital assets, adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Create compelling content, such as infographics, banners, social media posts, and email templates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Edit and enhance photos to improve quality and align with campaign requirements.
  • Integrate graphics and animations into video content for marketing purposes.
  • Create responsive designs that are optimized for various digital platforms and screen sizes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital design.
  • Engage with clients to understand their design requirements and incorporate feedback into design projects.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing context.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute design briefs.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
