Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist - Operations to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing customer service and operational efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- KYC Verification: Assist with verifying customer identities and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries efficiently and professionally through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone calls.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Product Feedback: Gather insights from customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to relevant teams for continuous product development and enhancement.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple teams.
Requirements
- Freshers with the required skills are encouraged to apply.
- The offered CTC is 2 Lakhs per annum. Candidates expecting a higher salary package need not apply.
- Willingness to work in shifts: 1st Shift (7 AM to 4 PM), 2nd Shift (4 PM to 12 AM). Work-from-home option available for the 2nd shift.
