Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle marketplace business for brands in fashion.
  • Work knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels, and OMS Univommerce/Vinculum/Incred.
  • Lead PnL calculation and convert understanding into meaningful day-to-day decisions.
  • Lead a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and number crunching for executive decisions.
  • Understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Internal stakeholder management.
  • AI tools, SQL, Python proficiency.
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketplaces or similar field.
