Product Development Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to shape the future of digital products and drive user satisfaction.

 

About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and attention to detail to join our team. As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and product flows that align innovation, aesthetics, and functionality with business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve digital product design (apps, web, and integrations) that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces that showcase your expertise in UX/UI and user-centered design.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints and maintain a strong portfolio that showcases your work.
  • Conduct usability research and apply user feedback to design improvements, driving continuous growth and optimization.
  • Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions, showcasing your problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on delivering results-oriented designs.
  • Updated portfolio with relevant project examples that demonstrate your ability to drive user engagement and satisfaction.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of motion design, advanced prototyping, or design systems, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
