Job Title: Product Management Intern

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a scalable Identity Governance and Administration solution that addresses end users' pain points in identity, application, and access management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product and scope out product requirements.
  • Support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that can elevate customer experience.
  • Test & release product features by coordinating with the QA team.
  • Analyze product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping.
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with the Agile Scrum framework.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Good to have: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes.
