Product Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Optimization Specialist to support the development and enhancement of our loan management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify system enhancements and process improvements that drive business value and efficiency.
Loan Lifecycle Expertise:
  • Understand and analyze end-to-end loan management processes including loan booking, repayment schedules, prepayments, foreclosures, collections, and NPA handling to ensure seamless loan lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory adherence.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) for new features and system upgrades to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Validate data migration, integrations, and configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Act as a bridge between business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Operations Executive, Business Analyst, or related role in lending/fintech domain.
  • Understanding of loan management systems, core banking systems, or lending products to drive business value and growth.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
