About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal configuration.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to guide teams through successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, intercompany, expenses, and tax modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle financial system implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit solutions.
  • Configure financial system modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Manage data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years in financial systems, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses.
  • Knowledge of P2P, O2C cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
