Job Title: System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a System Integration Specialist. In this role, you will focus on exchange connectivity and system integration, helping deliver new venue connections, manage migrations, and ensure trading systems support evolving business needs.

  • Take ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations
  • Drive system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions
  • Optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in systems integration, ideally with exposure to exchange connectivity
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Experience with C++ or Python is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred
