Our organisation is seeking a strategic leader to drive people strategy and culture.

The ideal candidate will oversee talent alignment with project excellence, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, capability building, and engagement across multiple sites and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align people strategy with project delivery and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession management.
  • Implement performance systems (KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, feedback).

  • Ensure compliance, policy frameworks, and governance across projects.

The successful candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management with 12–18 years of experience. They will possess strong project HR operations, performance management, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as high adaptability and excellent communication and conflict resolution.
