Regulatory Oversight Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Oversight Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and global organization that manages supervisory activities of regulators and related developments across regions.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating regulatory examinations (logging info requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, etc.).

• Overseeing and managing regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.

• Producing reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.

• Supporting training and providing guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.

• Leading technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.

• Maintaining trackers, updating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in oversight standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.

• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.

• Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
