As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for processing Payroll Control and Pension Reconciliations. This involves checking the correct amount of tax deducted from members' pensions is reported to the government and that Equiniti pays the correct amount of tax due.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing an excellent pension reconciliation and payroll control service in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring any possible changes to procedures are raised, discussed, and agreed with management before implementation.
- Processing daily workload, keeping Subject Matter Experts and team members informed of progress throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaising with other teams when mismatches or technical issues occur.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a basic understanding of formulas in Microsoft Excel. They should also be able to work well under pressure and remain focused during peak activity.
