We're seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, source, and convert clients requiring Digital Marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Branding, Performance Marketing, etc.) and IT services (Web Development, App Development, Software Solutions, IT Support, etc.). The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, sales acumen, and the ability to comprehend client requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential clients in need of digital marketing and IT services.
- B Mend and maintain strong client relationships through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
- Understand client requirements, propose relevant solutions, and prepare business proposals/presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or IT sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads) and IT solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
