Product Development Manager

 

  • Lead the development of new products, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products by implementing agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

 

  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with HQ guidelines.
  • Translate HQ requirements into actionable development tasks for software developers.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.

 

  • Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability.
  • Implement leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

 

  • Act as primary liaison with HQ, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Balance business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems, etc.).
  • Background in scaling SaaS or mobile app products internationally.
