- Advanced culinary skills, leadership, and experience in Quality Hotels and Restaurants.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the profession, including 2 years in a management role in a well-recognized luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills, as well as administrative skills and ability to lead and make decisions.
