The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality delivery, efficient coordination, and resolve operational challenges to provide an exceptional learning experience.

  • Operational Oversight
    • Ensure tasks assigned to coordinators are completed accurately and on time.
    • Monitor daily homework distribution and address gaps in the process.
    • Track tests conducted and update test sheets promptly and accurately.
  • Data Management and Coordination
    • Maintain and update the academic student database.
    • Collaborate with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages.
    • Maintain a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes for seamless operations.
  • Stakeholder Interaction
    • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or Relationship Managers.
    • Communicate with teachers and parents when required.
  • Resource Management
    • Share resource materials with teachers and students.
    • Search for and procure books or materials that align with student needs.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Work closely with teachers to maintain high academic standards.
    • Monitor the overall academic experience to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning journey.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is a plus.
