We are seeking a highly organized professional to coordinate national and international medical conferences.

This involves planning, managing, and executing end-to-end logistics, coordinating with healthcare professionals, researchers, sponsors, and vendors to deliver seamless events.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing conference logistics, including delegate registrations and travel arrangements
  • Celebrating strong relationships with keynote speakers and supporting their abstract submissions
  • Liaising with sponsors to ensure compliance with medical ethical guidelines
  • Collaborating with marketing teams for promotional activities across various channels

The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and event management tools. A willingness to travel is also essential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
