Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:
  • Establish a business strategy to achieve set performance targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and channel partners to meet sales forecasts.
  • Manage growth and profitability by staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence.
  • Create and adjust sales strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Capitalize on business opportunities, build partnerships, and plan joint promotional activities.
  • Facilitate the development of new locations and penetrate new markets.
  • Ensure smooth lending process functioning at various stages, from inquiry to loan disbursement.
  • Manage post-sales customer and channel partner escalations.
  • Coordinate and supervise key departments, strategizing the roadmap for lending products.
  • Manage branch operating costs, including acquisition expenses and operations.
  • Monitor book quality to ensure minimum delinquency at the branch level.
  • Collaborate with collections teams to support stress account closures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the field.
  • Graduate degree required.
