Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the building materials sector.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials segment, capitalizing on emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning, client acquisition strategies, and continuous market analysis.

This role requires a deep understanding of the building materials market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients and channel partners to secure favorable agreements.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
