Project Lead Role Overview:

  • Job Responsibilities:
  •   Strategically manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from inception to closeout.
  •   Develop comprehensive project work plans, schedules, and milestones; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  •   Ensure rigorous compliance with contract scope, safety standards, quality requirements, and budget controls.
  •   Collaborate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues promptly.
  •   Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software efficiently.
  •   Oversee all project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages effectively.
  •   Prepare detailed cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects.
  •   Manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring strict compliance.
  •   Track and settle subcontractor invoices while preparing project billing and progress claims accurately.
  •   Exercise strict budget control and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  •   Represent the organization at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders professionally.
  •   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
  •   Promptly address project challenges and conflicts to prevent delays.
