BlockPeer is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our SaaS platform initiatives, including managing the frontend migration to React, coordinating ongoing backend operations, and ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery. This is a hands-on project management role for someone with experience in modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects — from planning to release — across both legacy and new systems.
  • Coordinate and track the React migration roadmap, including sprint planning, developer coordination, and QA handovers.
  • Manage existing SaaS infrastructure, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance during and after the migration.
  • Liaise with designers, frontend and backend development teams to align sprint goals with business priorities.
  • Set and track project KPIs, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Jira, Trello).
  • Work closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to drive execution.
  • Proactively identify technical risks and blockers and resolve them in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from the legacy frontend to React, minimizing downtime and disruption to users.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, deployment schedules, sprint updates, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in project management or technical delivery roles, ideally with fast-growing fintech SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience managing both React and Laravel-based web applications.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Git workflows, frontend-backend integration, and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience managing remote development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to translate between technical and business teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking and an ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Vercel, or cloud-based Laravel deployments.
  • Knowledge of trade finance, fintech, or blockchain-based applications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, GitHub Projects, Notion, Postman, etc.
