You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Additionally, you will integrate the solution with other enterprise applications and systems.

Your ability to provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support is crucial for the success of this role.

Moreover, you will troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the platform.

  • Hands-on experience with project management modules is essential.
  • A strong understanding of resource management and billing workflows is required.
