Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to strengthen our global team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure, making sure services are always available and running at maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) to ensure seamless operation.
  • Cloud Administration: Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Automation: Automate administration processes (scripts, CI/CD, pipelines) to increase productivity and reduce errors.
  • Network Monitoring: Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Performance Audits: Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring Solutions: Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix) to provide real-time insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Access Management: Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust) to ensure secure access to resources.
  • Documentation: Document configurations, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Incident Response: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar (not mandatory if experience is proven).
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server, Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers.
  • Scripting and Automation: Experience in automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken).
