Job Title: Windows System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Windows System Administrator. This position requires a strong understanding of Active Directory, Windows-based services, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Follow established processes for incident management, including identification, classification, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Change Management: Implement changes to the IT environment in accordance with defined procedures, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in managing Active Directory, including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, OUs, FSMO roles, and GPOs.
  • Strong knowledge of On-prem Exchange and hybrid configurations, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Good understanding of Windows-related technology, including SCCM, Print or DFS server, SSO, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and support in case of emergency, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Nice To Have Skills and Experience:
  • Skilled in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Relevant technical accreditation or successful completion of vendor-certified training in at least one of our key technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid).
