Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key commercial & enterprise accounts, driving revenue through IT infrastructure solution selling, and building long-term client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leads).
  • Understand customer needs and design tailored IT infrastructure solutions including Data Center & Compute, Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Network security, Cybersecurity & Endpoint Security, and Managed Services.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing relationships with OEMs like Cisco, Dell EMC, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
