Sales Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kishor-Chandra-and-Sons.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Offer product information and recommendations to customers, helping them find the perfect products that meet their needs.
  3. Closely monitor sales targets and strive to achieve them by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  4. Handle cash and process transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure an adequate supply of products.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive team dynamic.
  8. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required; freshers encouraged to apply.
  • Higher Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
