About Emitrr:
Emitrr is a fast-growing (400% YoY) SaaS startup currently at $2M ARR, serving businesses across the US market. We're a passionate, product-led team of 40 on a mission to improve the lives of our customers with our communication platform.
We're now building our first outbound SDR team to scale our outbound sales motion and accelerate our growth from $2M to $5M ARR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns targeting mid-market & SMB prospects in the US.
- Understand prospect pain points and position Emitrr as a solution through personalized outreach.
- Test and optimize messaging, outreach channels, and sequences.
- Be hands-on with cold calls, outbound emails, outreach, and other channels.
- Manage and update pipeline activities in the CRM.
- Experiment continuously and double down on what delivers results.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound SaaS sales, preferably selling to the US market.
- Proven success generating pipeline and closing high ACV deals via outbound channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls, sending cold emails, and using multi-channel outreach.
- A proactive, experimental mindset with the ability to build strategies from scratch.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to US SMB or mid-market businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms.
