About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Consultant to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with proven experience in project management and IT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Develop and analyze functional specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Design efficient IT solutions to meet both business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to implement solutions effectively
  • Coordinate integration of multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams
  • Monitor system performance and gather feedback from end-users for continuous improvement
  • Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, software/hardware installations, and process improvements
  • Provide advice, documentation, and technical training to end-users and teams
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications, are an added advantage
